Our team is currently small, but we are excited to add to it in the coming weeks! We are actively hiring for our General Manager and Assistant General Manager. Soon we will be hiring for our cook, tasting room attendants, wedding venue coordinators, food prep, facilities/production assistant, custodian and special events bar staff – if you or anyone you know is looking – please send them our way. Now a little about us! 

  • We are sisters
  • We both moved far away for college and moved back to raise our families in Slinger
  • We are both moms working full time jobs and then some
  • We both got the entrepreneurial bug from our dad

….and that is where the similarities end. 

Amy (Bach) Bridgeo

I’m the “corporate” one. Went to college, got a job in finance, moved to a California based fitness startup, worked my way up the corporate ladder…but always with the plan to do my own thing when the time was right. Outside of work and Aspen Sky I have two little kids, Hailey (6) and Carter (2) who keep my husband and I quite busy. I’m usually the behind the scenes person – buried in my spreadsheets – but I’m excited to focus on the winery side of the business (including spending some time behind the tasting bar) when we open our doors. 

Janalee (Bach) Otto

Janalee was always the “creative” one. Yet she somehow managed to open multiple successful businesses before I did. While she continues to run JB Photography, she is focusing on the wedding side of Aspen Sky. She is handling tours and conversations with our brides and will be managing our team of venue coordinators come Spring. She also will be planning some of our winery specific events (Summer Concert Series sound good to anyone?).

The Rest of the Team

We also have a big brother – Chris Bach. While he doesn’t have an official title, he is our “call me if you need me” guy and we have a feeling we will be calling him a lot over the next year. Most likely you will see every member of our family at Aspen Sky in the coming months lending a hand.

And of course, we also have an amazing team of consultants and advisors that make this business possible. From tax to legal to insurance, we call in the professionals when we need them. And when it comes to wine and spirits, we aren’t even pretending, we have a team of experienced wine makers and distillers that are overseeing every step of the process and getting our team trained up.
