Aspen Sky is the regions premier winery and distillery for locally hand-crafted wine and spirts. Aspen Sky is a welcoming, family friendly destination with a great atmosphere, tasty bites and even better wine and spirits. We strive to be your local escape - a place to spend time with family, celebrate life events or just enjoy a drink with friends. We source our wine and spirits from the top producers across the US and add our own touch onsite.
The Aspen Sky Event Center is an ideal setting for weddings and other events. With private indoor & outdoor space for up to 270 guest, Aspen Sky provides a modern venue option offering a full bar comprised of Aspen Sky wines and spirts along with a wide selection of beers.

The Faces Behind Aspen Sky
Amy Bach
Co-Owner
Born and raised in Slinger, Amy spent the past decade dreaming of a concept that would become Aspen Sky. Amy spent the past 12 years in Corporate America from Boston to LA to Denver gaining experience in finance, marketing and management. Armed with a Professional Winemaking Certificate from UC-Davis, Amy returned to her hometown to make her dream a reality. You will often find Amy sipping a glass of Chardonnay or Cab Franc while chatting with guests or chasing her two children around.
Kyle Bridgeo
Co-Owner
Kyle has spent the past 14 years in the Aerospace and Defense engineering field gaining experience in supply chain management, process development, site operations and technical leadership. He has brough this unique background to the production of Aspen Sky wines and spirits. When not in the production area you’ll find Kyle helping with many other aspects of day-to-day operations at Aspen Sky – and, if you’re lucky, sampling an unreleased wine, spirit or cocktail offering with our guests!
Megan Schelwat
General Manager & Event Manager
Megan spent the last 13 years in the sales, marketing, and event management industry working for for-profit and non-profit entities throughout the Greater Milwaukee area. Over the last six years, she owned and operated a local winery in her hometown. In her free time, Megan loves to travel the world and take long walks with her dog, Bubba. Megan's favorite cocktail on our menu is the Aspen 75!

OUR WINES
WINERY
We believe good wine is a wine you enjoy drinking. It doesn't have a specific AVA, a specific varietal or a specific winemaker. Because of this, we source our wine from across the United States, focusing on finding the best wine at the best value. We then bring it to our location in Slinger to blend, condition and bottle as needed to deliver the best wine for the best price.
OUR SPIRITS
DISTILLERY
We believe that spirits are an essential compliment to wine. We don't believe that a person should be forced to choose one or the other. Therefore, we have taken a similar approach to our spirits as we have our wine. We source our spirits from a variety of suppliers and then blend them onsite with the assistance of an experienced distiller to deliver accessible, easy-drinking spirits.

Delicious wine, gorgeous location, perfect ambiance- it would have been a mistake to not have an event center on site capable of hosting larger groups. Our event center is designed to offer private space. While weddings are our primary focus, our event center can be used for a multitude of purposes - birthday parties, fundraisers, baby showers.

A Fairy Tale Wedding: Jake & Veronica’s Magical Day
Jake and Veronica’s wedding day was a true fairytale, filled with unexpected moments, heartfelt emotions, and a touch of magic that made it unforgettable. The day began with an early morning downpour, a potential setback that could have dampened the spirits of any couple. But Jake and Veronica, surrounded by their closest friends and family, kept their spirits high! The bridal suite was filled with excitement and joy, despite the weather, the atmosphere was electric with anticipation.
Crafted in the Kettle: Sip, Explore & Discover Washington County
Six local breweries, wineries and distilleries have teamed up to create Crafted in the Kettle, a beverage trail celebrating the creativity, craftsmanship and community behind some of our area’s favorite locally made drinks.
The trail connects Aspen Sky Winery & Distillery, Brewed Omen, Altered Spirits Distillery, Old Germantown, Belshire Brewing Company and Titletown Brewing Company – West Bend.
The idea is simple: grab a card, visit each stop, enjoy a special offer along the way, and discover more of what Washington County has to offer.
