Guiness & Herb Butter Poached Baby Carrots: Fresh baby carrots poached in a light Guiness & herb butter sauce
Smoked Bacon Creamed Cabbage: Chopped cabbage baked in sour cream and herb butter sauce. Loaded with smoked bacon bits.
Irish Bread & Baileys Butter Pudding: Irish and brioche bread tossed with a bailey butter reduction, raisins, and brown sugar cinnamon apples. Served with Irish whipped cream.
