Barback/Events Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback & Events Assistant to join our dynamic team in our winery tasting room and our event center. This plays a crucial role in supporting event managers and bartenders and ensuring that the bar operates smoothly and events go well.
Responsibilities
- Sets up for weddings (tables and chairs) and assists with tear down
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Stock the bar with necessary supplies, such as ice, garnishes, and beverages.
- Restocks bars & restrooms, refreshes garbage cans
- Support food service during busy periods, including assisting with banquet setups
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Skills
- A can-do, willing to help personality
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to help others in a high-pressure environment.
- A proactive attitude towards learning about beverages, cocktails, and customer service.

A Wedding Day @ Aspen Sky
This week we had our first couple book their wedding at Aspen Sky for 2023. Ground Breaking Ceremony
On June 1st, we celebrated our ground breaking ceremony. We were joined by our family and by multiple people that have helped us along this journey thus far. Kids ran around, we gave “tours” and enjoyed some bubbles and food. I wanted to share some of what I said that day.
Our Timeless Event Space
Aspen Sky, in addition to being a winery & distillery, will offer dedicated event space for weddings and corporate events up to 300 people. The romanticism of the adjacent winery spills over into our venue without forcing a wine themed wedding making it a perfect venue for a couple who wants a unique venue that still feels like them.
Introducing Aspen Sky
Aspen Sky is a winery, distillery and event center currently under development in Slinger, WI. A decade ago the vision for this winery began to come together. The concept went through dozens of different versions before landing on what will be Aspen Sky.
