We Look Forward to Seeing You

There is no better way to get to know us and our wines than to visit our tasting room.

Our Tasting Room

Our Tasting Room is the heart of Aspen Sky. We are open to the public Thursday through Sunday. Even when we have weddings or other events, the Tasting Room always remains open to the public.

How you want to experience Aspen Sky is completely up to you. You are welcome to enjoy a tasting at the bar, sit at a table with a glass of wine and a charcuterie board from the kitchen or settle in on one of our couches with some friends and a bottle of wine.

When the Wisconsin weather cooperates,  you are also welcome to move outside and enjoy our beautiful patio or grab a picnic table in the yard. We have lawn games, a fun “forest path” for the kiddos to explore and oh so much more.

Bring the family – children are always welcome!
Well behaved dogs are also allowed but must remain on a leash and outside.

OUR WINES

WINERY

We believe good wine is a wine you enjoy drinking. It doesn’t have a specific AVA, a specific varietal or a specific winemaker. Because of this, we source our wine from across the United States, focusing on finding the best wine at the best value. We then bring it to our location in Slinger to blend, condition and bottle as needed to deliver the best wine for the best price.

OUR SPIRITS

DISTILLERY

We believe that spirits are an essential compliment to wine. We don’t believe that a person should be forced to choose one or the other. Therefore, we have taken a similar approach to our spirits as we have our wine. We source our spirits from a variety of suppliers and then blend them onsite with the assistance of an experienced distiller to deliver accessible, easy-drinking spirits.

OUR VENUE

EVENTS

Delicious wine, gorgeous location, perfect ambiance- it would have been a mistake to not have an event center on site capable of hosting larger groups. Our event center is designed to offer private space. While weddings are our primary focus, our event center can be used for a multitude of purposes – birthday parties, fundraisers, baby showers.

The Triple Bottom Line

The Triple Bottom Line

I took a class in college where we explored the concept of the triple bottom line – people, planet, & profit. Candidly, I didn’t get it. I didn’t understand how a company could prioritize social and environmental issues and still be profitable. Fast-forward ten years (or so) and Aspen Sky is being built on the concept – we want to be more than just another business, we want to have a positive impact on our community.

Aspen Sky Construction Update – November

Aspen Sky Construction Update – November

I can’t imagine taking on this project with anyone with my dad as my builder. As many of you know, it is an incredibly challenging time to build. Between supply chain issues and a lack of workers, this hasn’t been the easiest project. But it is coming together and we are still on track for a Spring open – thanks to Kahl Construction.

Ground Breaking Ceremony

Ground Breaking Ceremony

On June 1st, we celebrated our ground breaking ceremony. We were joined by our family and by multiple people that have helped us along this journey thus far. Kids ran around, we gave “tours” and enjoyed some bubbles and food. I wanted to share some of what I said that day.
